Position & Develop brand
To cater to our target audience of first-time home buyers, we carefully selected a brand name that incorporates the concept of "first." As a result, the client chose "First-Place" as the perfect representation of our brand.
In developing the tagline, our objective was to create a seamless connection with the brand name, ensuring it is memorable and evokes strong emotions.
Throughout the logo design process, we experimented with various color combinations. In order to create a bold and vibrant brand identity that stands out in the market, we ultimately decided on a striking combination of pink and black.

Campaign
"KNOCKOUT the Price," a promotional campaign focused on offering super affordable septic house and land plan packages. Our visually captivating concept features a pink glove dramatically crushing a wall, symbolizing the unbeatable prices we offer. The 3D text adds depth and dimension, while the limited color palette of pink, white, and black reinforces our brand identity.
